Summary of the Position
Call Center will answer incoming calls from customers who want to report the issue, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, and provide general information related to company.
|· Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s general enquiry related to company
· Resolve & Handle customer complaints by phone call, social media, Email
· Provide product and service information to customer
· Follow up the pending cases with customer or related
· To ensure the best Customer Care experience is given to all customers in retail services
· Working closely with delivery guy
· Other duties as assigned
- Previous call center experience, especially in similar industry, is preferred
- University or Fresh-graduated student is preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft office (word, excel and power point) Internet & E-mail
- Able to communicate in English
- Excellent customer service skills (including questioning, probing, listening)
- Flexibility and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Problem solving skills, Stress tolerance
- Honest, friendly, hardworking
- Ambitious and willing to accept new challenge problem solving skills a strong customer focus
