Job Description

• Lead the preparation ( logistics and admins) of recruitment
• Start Announcement for entrepreneurs candidates
• Follow up and make appointment with the committee for interview and test
• Interview and conduct testing of the entrepreneur
• Facilitate selection of the entrepreneurs
• Report the list of recruited entrepreneurs
• Support the supervisor to update the entrepreneur profile every month verifying with RBMs or advisors on Comcare
• Get the entrepreneurs on board are engaged to sign operation contracts
• Get the entrepreneur to deposit reserving fund into Bank account of TS and report the relevant documents
• Ensure the entrepreneur contracts are well prepared in hard copies and soft copies

Turnover program
• Meeting with management team (Academy Manager)
• Evaluating Entrepreneurs.
• Meeting with advisors and RBMs.
• Assessing the labor market in the commune.
• Collect feedback and Adjustment.
• Presentation of the program to community committee for seeking support.
• Give notification to the entrepreneur.
• Opportunity announcement and recruitment.
• Onsite training and capacity building.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Entrepreneur Recruitment

Capacity Building
• Make appointment with the entrepreneur
• Inform entrepreneur of the training details
• Lead the preparation of the training( logistics and admins)
• Conduct centralized trainings, apprenticeship training, intensive training and refreshment training
• Evaluate the training
• Report the result of the training
• Support the supervisor to adjust and update the training curriculum and methodology
• Report the result of the training
• Support the supervisor to adjust and update the training curriculum and methodology
• Support the supervisor to do training TNA for capacity building plan
Relationship
• Coordinate with platform to build good relation with entrepreneur
• Build network with entrepreneur through other activities
• Update and report regularly to the supervisor
Others
• Provide coverage for other posts when necessary and curry out any other responsibilities as reasonably requested by Line Manager.
• Participate in regular meeting scheduled by the supervisor
• Site visit and follow up

Job Requirements

* Knowledge
– At least bachelor’s degree in management or relating field Experience in audit
– High level of English writing and speaking
– Office program, Ms. Word, Excel, Internet, Email,
– Teaching methodology and pedagogy
– Knowledge in water sanitation and water treatment processes

* Skills
– At least 3 years in working with training and development
– Demonstrated effective communications skills
– Experiences in conducting TNA and developing training curriculum
– Experiences in community training (experience in training social business is desired)
– Good facilitation and liaison skills
– Good problem solving skills/ Decision making skills
– Budget monitoring experiences

* Attitude
– Accountable and integrity
– Be proactive and flexible person
– Punctual and strict on deadline
– Be respectful and transparent in dealing with others
– Open mind and willing to learn
