Responsibilities and Duties
- Monitor and supervise teams such as security guards and cleaners.
- Check and ensure good office environment
- Write letters and send them to appropriate bodies, and to government/ related department
- Update on staff attendance/ staff leave to manager
- Maintain the site’s diary, arrange appointments, meetings, and all external visits
- Control office supplies and stationery with proper record in&out.
- Control parking and office access cards and other equipment and company physical properties
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relate field
- Fresh graduate or have experience in Office Administration or Human Resource
- Good English, both speaking and writing Knowledge
- Very good communication
- Able to use MS Office such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
- Friendly, Honest, flexible, hardworking, meticulous and well-coordinated.
- Highly organized and have very effective time management skills
