  1. Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all admissions to the school
  • To keep the head of school and PYP Coordinator informed on Admissions
  • Keep Administration department updated with admissions information
  • Keep up to date with the PYP curriculum and inform new parents about the program
  • Make contact with other international schools to expand our school intake
  • Coordinate all pupil admissions to the school including: initial contact ,sending out prospectus, and ensuring inserts updated
  • Arranging initial visits and tour
  • Coordinating taster days
  • Ensuring all registration, acceptance forms and joining details are accurately completed and collect monies due in conjunction with the receptionist
  • Following up of all admissions enquiries
  • To organize and distributing surveys for parents and pupils as required
  • To send annual prospectus to relocation agents and foster a good relationship with them
  • Attend planning meetings as required
  • In conjunction with the PYP Coordinator, maintain and develop the school database for pupils, staff and circulate contact details as required
  • Update and distribute class lists monthly, or as required and regularly update pupil numbers and other statistical data for Head of school, PYP Coordinator and Admin Manager
  • Keep all documentation/records up-to-date and in order
  • Annual update of Student Handbook and other literature
  • To carry out duties as assigned by the Head of school or Chairman
  • Attend professional development courses as required
  • Attend all school activities and events, help to organize and carry out any other reasonable requests from the Admin or Academic office
  • Substitute teacher where needed
  • Develop program and projects for international student exchange trips and extra-curricular activities
  • Develop strategies to increase expat student intake.

 

  1. Requirements
  • Master or bachelor degree in education or relevant certificate;
  • At least a years professional knowledge & experience in advance external affair and admission
  • Excellent communication & analysis skill
  • Good command in Ms-office and email
  • Be able to respond well to multi- tasks and pressure
  • Good problem-solving skill
  • Easy going, friendly, helpful, honest, patient, and hard working.
