Job Responsibilities
• Calculate, post business transactions, process invoices, verify data for records
• Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures
• Review invoices and prepare for approval to make payment
• Prepare monthly accounting reports
• Controlling A/R and follow up the payment from clients.
• Make sure that fixed asset and inventory is properly recorded and controlled
• Check office safety and hygiene
• Control stationaries or office and site supply
• Provide warmly customer service both walk-in and phone call
• Other tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
• BA in Accounting/ Business Administration or related major
• Have some experience in Accounting job would be a great advantage
• Understand about accounting principal
• Be able to use Microsoft word, excel and accounting application
• Be able to communicate in English
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Honest, reliable, responsible, and very good teamwork
• Willing to learn new things
