Job Description
• Develops and executes strategies to entice new players through external networking and following through with “leads.”
• Actively seeks new players.
• Greets guests and participates in all special events and promotions.
• Fully complies with all applicable rules, regulations, laws and policies, and conducts themselves with highest levels of integrity and honestly.
• Identifies and solicits new players to Best Sunshine.
• Provides casino comps to guests based on play.
• Supports and promotes all special events and promotions.
• Assists in planning and implementation of future projects in Casino Marketing.
• Account settlement.
• Assist on gaming floor services including exchanging casino chips and greeting guests
• Assist to increase the amount of new membership and maintain a good relationship with all guests.
• Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times.
• Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
• High school graduate or above.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in casinos and customer service.
• Must be able to perform shift duties, work on weekends and public holidays, and to be on call throughout guest visits.
• Must have proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be able to travel on occasion.
• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties.
• Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment.
• Able to multi-task.
