Job Responsibilities
• Check and process document for approval and follow up for payment
• Perform AP task and data entry into system
• Prepare monthly reports
• Manage company fixed asset and inventory
• Check office safety and hygiene
• Provide good customer service and schedule arrangement for GM
• Other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements:
• BA in Accounting/ Business Administration or related major
• Experience in Accounting/secretary/ receptionist/cashier would be a great advantage
• Understand about accounting principal
• Be able to use Microsoft word, excel and accounting application
• Be able to communicate in English
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Honest, reliable, responsible, and very good teamwork
• Willing to learn new things
