Job Description

  • Major tasks and responsibilities of position
  • Manage schedule and coordinate appointments both internal and external
  • Take care of minutes meeting
  • Acting as a first point of contact and deal with correspondences
  • Control and source document management
  • Respond and coordinate accurate to internal and external information requests
  • Remind management of important tasks and deadlines
  • Make travel arrangements with notes
  • Other tasks will be assigned by chairman


  • Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
  • Saturday – 8:00am to 12:00pm (half day)
  • Lunch time – 12:00pm to 1:00pm
  • Basic salary (negotiation)
  • Group insurances (accidence, health and outpatient)
  • 13th month salary

  • Annual leave 18 days a year and follow local public holidays

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications (Education, skills, experiences and personal characteristics necessary for success in this
  • Education: Bachelor degree in a business Administration, economic and other relevant field
  • At least 1 or 2 years of personal assistant experiences or in a similar role
  • Proven experience in interacting, negotiating, and building relationships
  • Highly confident, and time management skills
  • English Proficiency: Good, able to communicate in English Exposure to international and managing
    lead times and Chinese is a plus
  • Computer literacy in MS. Office, Internet and Email
  • Others:
  • Demonstrable business ethics and deep understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Ability to multi-tasking and strong personnel management skill
  • Comfortable working in a demanding matrix environment
  • Self-starting with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Business travel is required
