Job Descriptions

  • To be responsible for ensuring the overall achievement of branch sales and service goals
  • Responsible for the overall sales and marketing activities at the branch, including promotional campaigns and new product roll-outs
  • Leads by example, communicates the rule, encourages, motivates and requires all staff adherence to the same rule
  • Ensures that quality of customer service is provided in a professional, prompt and courteous manner
  • Ensure portfolio quality is controlled at all times
  • Identifies customer needs and appropriately recommends products and services
  • Responds to customer inquiries and/or complaints taking the necessary actions to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Develops and maintains relationships with all relevant community government officials, and local authorities
  • Participates in community activities in promoting JACCS’s brand and visibility
  • Identifies target markets; develops and implements a branch expansion strategy
  • Ensures the branch’s operational integrity; monitors potential risks and reports suspicious activities and/or violations promptly
  • Assigns and delegates responsibilities to branch staff and holds them accountable for meeting standards of production, accuracy and completion
  • Responsible for planning and continuously monitoring staff level requirements, participating in recruitment and selection, daily scheduling of branch staff, providing for and/or coordinating training and development, completing performance appraisals, resolving staff conflicts, disciplining and participating in the rewards and recognition decision-making process
  • Ensures timely and accurate preparation and maintenance of all recordkeeping requirements and delivery of all operational and management reports required
  • Responsible for the full and effective compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements as well as JACCS’s policies, procedures, practices, guidelines, directives, internal controls and/or instructions
  • applicable to cash management, lending, risk management, human resources, and any and all other areas relevant to branch management, operations and performance
  • Takes the necessary measures to provide for the safety and security of staff, customers and branch assets
  • Monitors the physical appearance and condition of the entire branch facility and, when necessary, procures the internal and/or external service providers needed for maintenance and repair
  • Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by line manager

Benefits

  • Salary (Negotiable);
  • Working hour: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM;
  • Work from Monday to Friday;
  • 30$ per month for traveling from home to work;
  • 300$ for Staff’s baby delivery both male staff and female staff;
  • 100$ for Staff’s marriage;
  • 100$ for Funeral Contribution;
  • 200% Overtime on public holiday;
  • 18 days per year for Annual leave, 6 days sick leave, 7 days special leave, public holiday;
  • 200$ per staff/year on Outpatient Coverage and 100$ per child/ year;
  • Khmer New Year and Pchum Ben Bonus depend on company profit;
  • Staff’s lease with low interest rate;
  • Insurance NSSF and Motor Insurance covered by company;
  • HR compliance fee such as Workbook, Health Check up with Ministry of Labor;
  • Contract Type: Unfixed Duration Contract (UDC)
  • 1 time per year on Annual Health Check with Private Hospital covered by company;
  • Annual Salary Increase and Seniority Payment (15 days of salary per year);

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business (banking, finance, accounting, economics or marketing)
  • Three years experiences in sales and operations in the bank/microfinance/leasing industry
  • Two years of experience in management and staff supervision
  • Prior business development experience required, microfinance or banking industry preferred
  • Good personal computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet software applications; working knowledge of MIS for the bank/microfinance/leasing industry
  • Working proficiency in English
