Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner.
Collect all customer complaint and submit to other respective department to resolve.
Feedback to customers with the available time that we can resolve.
Providing customers with product and service information.
Keep records of all conversations in call center system in a comprehensible way.
Update the progress status of each customer complaint on system.
Professional response to customer in timely manner.
Bachelor degree of any field.
Relevant experience at least 2 years.
Good command in English, Ms Office such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint and others Microsoft Tools.
Can be able to handle all customer compliant, can work effectively under pressure and result oriented.
