Job Description

  • Operate phone calls from/to customers
  • Acquire enquiries and complaints from phone calls, social media, etc.
  • Pass enquiries and complaints from phone calls, social media, etc. onto related teams
  • Follow up, acquire solutions from related teams, and to update to customers
  • Follow Call Center protocol and procedures

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to communication in Chinese for work purpose. English is a plus.
  • High school degree or professional certificate in Call Center or Customer Service.
  • Must be able to work on different shifts (morning, afternoon, night, weekend, holiday).
  • Good sense of service provider (friendly, gentle, careful, smart, sharp, helpful, responsible).
  • Good experience in handling a lot of phone calls and complaints per day.
  • Good knowledge of or familiarity with technology and work process.
