– Answer customer questions; provide guidance and simple optimization suggestions for customer through inbound and outbound calls, as well as reach out to problematic customer via telephone to provide solution.
– Identify high-value opportunities and low-hanging fruit
– Mentoring and manage to drive and defend revenue or discover new growth opportunity by communicate with customer.
– Possess at least Diploma or – Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
– Proficient in oral and written English and Vietnamese.
– Have min. 1-3 Years experience specialized in Customer Service (equivalent).
– Have min. 1 Year experiences in Sales & Marketing (equivalent)
– Excellent analytical thinking and quick problem solving
– Able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
– Able to working in team, prioritize, organize work and doing multitask under pressure
– Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to adapt to a flexible working schedule.
