Job Description
- Develop effective corporate sales strategies to attract new and additional catering sales
- Develop network sales strategies and training platform programs
- Develop quality leads and ensure growth of catering sales
- Develop sales target and ensure to achieve it
- Meeting and negotiating with customers
- Discussing contract details and requirements with clients
- Maintain and improve the relationship with existing clients
- Interact with customers to get feedback on products and services offered
- Guiding, monitoring and motivating sales staffs to make sure they are fully trained
- Maintain accurate sales database and record of existing and prospective customers
- Reviewing sales activity reports
- Work closely with marketing department to produce more sales activity
Job Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Management or any related field.
- 5 to 7yrs experience in Corporate Sales, Network Sales or Business Management work.
- Good in figure analysis and data interpretation
- Good in Communication and interpersonal skill
- Good in Microsoft Office
- Good in English or other languages
