- Provide recruitment service for all department on time.
- Submit Turnover Report on 25th.
- Issue offer letter for new joiner.
- Submit new join, staff resignation and termination report 2times per month on 12th & 25th to HRM and payroll.
- Submit new join document to payroll report 2times per month on 12th & 25th.
- Update staff requisition accordingly and prepare report end of the month.
- Submit interview report on Saturdays.
- Manage job post in BABY OUTLET CAREER.
- Provide orientation to new employees.
- Conducting staff on board.
- Controlling fix asset – Update report end of the month.
- Coding fix asset
- Make sure all fix assets are in safety condition
- Be able to use Khmer & English, Chinese is preferable.
- Have 3 years up experience in HR files.
- Understand about the employee system in Cambodia.
- Recruitment Skill (select candidate, interview & negotiate).
- In-depth knowledge of labor law in Cambodia.
- Degree/Master in Human Resources or related field.
- Must have management skill.
