ABOUT THE ROLE
The Role of Officer, HR-Admin will be responsible for branding and attracting candidates to fill-out the vacancy position make sure following date-line and coordinates on-boarding training or company orientation to new recruited staffs. He/she has a comprehensive human resources function experience such as Recruitment & Selection, Training and Development, and Administration Skills,
RESPONSIBILITY
• Maintains employee by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training;
• Partnering with business heads and talent acquisition team to develop sourcing strategies to meet current and future hiring needs;
• Building Candidates pipeline such as school, university, agency etc.;
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives;
• liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs;
• Analyzing training needs in conjunction with line managers; planning and delivering training, including staff inductions;
• Interpreting and advising on employment legislation; develop and implement policies on a variety of workplace issues e.g. disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions, performance management and equal opportunities;
• Researching the talent market to find relevant audiences and Development of social media as both a brand strategy and candidate generation tool to drive engagement strategies and metrics;
• Assist Manager, HR to recommend promotion, suspension, dismissal, and/or transfer of staff at both Head Office and Branch Offices;
• handle administration task, such as stationary control, document control, staffing, leave management, asset management, security and hygiene etc…
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager, HR &Admin
Job Requirements
• Graduated BBA in Business Administration, Business Management, Public Administration, HR Management or related field with
• More than 2-year experience of HR Function and preferably within MFIs, Financial Leasing and Banking
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including project, Word and Excel
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Independent judgement and decision making ability
• Excellent communication and leadership skill
• Action oriented and results driven
• Extensive knowledge of the Labor Law and HR Compliance in Cambodian context
• Possess strong problem solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Spoken and written English proficiency
