Job Description

  • Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers
  • Facilitate with respected department for manpower requisition
  • Make sure the recruitment process is in lines with the internal policy
  • Post job announcement into social media channels as required
  • Review & shortlist resumes and conduct interview
  • Schedule appointments with the management team for final interview
  • Search for candidates and job hunting
  • Arrange and join career forum or related events
  • Keep track of recruitment record and database
  • Prepare weekly and monthly report for recruitment and submit to higher management
  • Conduct employee orientation and facilitating new comers joining formalities
  • Prepare letters such as offer and confirmation
  • Conduct exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly
  • Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
  • Performance other related tasks that assigned by management from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in General Management, general business or related field.
  • 2 years working experience in related field
  • Very good in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good in both verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and leadership quality
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic and challenging environment
  • Positive and flexible attitude
