Job Description
• Inventory procurements and control
• Manage monthly staff attendance
• Book meetings room and schedule events
• Prepare regular reports and presentations
• Organize, store and print company documents as needed
• Screening and selecting candidates
• Call to schedule candidate for interview
• Assist senior recruiter on staff interview and onboarding
• Prepare staff P-file
• Make travel arrangements
• Handle queries from managers and employees related to administrative clerical documents
• Maintain a healthy work environment
• Make sure the offices are neat and tidy
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree Student in business administration, management, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in administration task
• Good at oral and writing communication skills in English and Khmer
• Able to use Ms. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn fast and adapt to new environments
• Flexibility and adaptability
