Job Description
- Maintain all software and hardware.
- Regularly up-date an inventory of company IT tools.
- Handle company internet problem and summarize the problem, follow up and solve IT problem.
- Network infrastructure and installation.
- Users email installation and Troubleshooting.
- Users troubleshooting.
- Monitor and Maintain CCTV.
- Monthly maintain the internet routers and switches and anti-virus.
- Communication with external IT service supplier, if any serious problem occurs in factory
- Accept challenging tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
