1. Develop and implement marketing and promotion strategies
2. Prepare marketing plan, social event and coordinate with relevant department.
3. Organizing and creating event to attract more customers
4. Assistant Store Manager in term of marketing activities
5. Oversea company’s social media with creative content for effective advertising
6. Develops project plans, coordinates projects, communicates changes and progress in order to completes projects on time and budget
7. Manages difficult or emotional customer situations by responding promptly to customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve service
8. Conduct marketing research and environmental analyses to understand the organization, market and competitor; and align work with strategic goals.
9. Develop attractive marketing tool to communicate to all customer through effective channel and increase brand awareness.
10. Seeking and keeping good relationship with potential supplier to supply marketing material
11. Participate in meeting as required on behalf of marketing department
12. Prioritizes and plans work activities for marketing team.
13. Other tasks assigned by manager
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or relevant field
• At least 3 years experience in Marketing or similar position
• Proficiency in English in writing, reading and analyzing general business periodicals.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Good in Microsoft Office & other system will be advantage
• Ability to work effectively on social media with creative marketing content
• Good Khmer and English both verbal and written.
• Motivated, positive attitude, pro-active, and team-work oriented
• Able to work rotate weekend or holiday.
