Major Duties

• The Store Manager plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store Establish organizational goals, performance objectives, guidelines and best practices that are based on Board Policy and strive towards achieving them.
• Oversee, assist, and supervise all department managers in planning and performance to achieve all goals and objectives.
• Driving sales, standards and growth within your department and the store
• Achieving all KPI’s and targets as directed by head office
• Oversee all store operations based on the goals, objectives, and standards of the organization.
• Leading, developing, and motivating a large team of colleagues
• Develop strategies to improve customer service,
• Respond to customer complaints and comments
• Driving sales, standards and growth within your department and the store
• Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
• Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers
• Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable
• Ensuring that all health and safety and standard operating procedures are always adhere

Other Duties

• To understand about sale and customer trend, breakdown monthly and daily budget, and staff productivity
• Challenging the change of the company growth base on the economics, crisis, or other factors happen
• Develop the team how to follow the rule to achieve the standard operation
• Participate in company events such stock take, tree planting, company internal training and other Corporate Social Responsibility as assigned
• Be able to work very flexible working hours: Weekend, Public Holiday, and Night shift
• To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the Company standards.
• To provide friendly, courteous, and professional service always
• To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.
• Join the company staff briefing, company internal meeting and leading our internal department meeting
• To read the Employee Handbook and understand and adhere to the company’s rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
