Job Description
- Carry out the sales plans and executions of the
company so as developing sales of construction
products to projects, which are contractors/
developers, governments, and customers in assigned
areas. - Develop prospective customer relation through
appropriate sale methods to optimize quality of
service, business growth, customer, and
satisfaction. - Plan and manage personal business portfolio/
territory/ business according to an agreed market
development strategy. - Execute sales tools with marketing team to expand
construction product line and increase sales volume. - Monitor and report on market and competitor
activities and provide relevant reports and
information. - Record, analyze and conduct sales as daily, weekly,
monthly and yearly reports. - Promote company products to all accounts and
prospective customers in accordance with agreed
business plans. - Maintain and expand client database within your
assigned territory.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree Business Administration, Marketing or Other relevant fields
- At least 2 experience in sales
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Aggressive follow up and closing skills
- Computer literacy and MS office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS
Power Point and E-mail) - Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal
skills - Strong presentation skill
- Self-motivated and driven.
- Basic Salary 400$-1000$
- Work time: 8:00am- 5:00 pm (Break 1 hours and Monday to Saturday)
