Job Description
- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Receive complaints and resolve problems
- Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
- Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
- Prepare and submit performance reports
- Decide on reward and promotion based on performance
- Hire and train new employees
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
- Performs other duties assigned by Sales Manager / GM / MD
Benefits
- Basic Salary: 500$-999$/month
- Gasoline/Commission/Bonus
- Working Day: Monday to Saturday
- Time: 08:00 am to 05:00 Pm
Job Requirements
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of sales experience in roofing industry and knowledge of construction and/or building materials, and 2 + years of team management experience
- Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress
- Analyzing sales data
- Presentation skills
- Management and leadership skills
- Mentoring and coaching sales reps
