1. Responsible for cost control and contract management of developments.
2. Prepare / Review cost estimates / tender documents / BOQ
3. Carry out Tender Assessment and Negotiation
4. Assess payment applications, variations & claims, prepare final account
5. Manage the procurement of materials / equipment.
6. Prepare cash flow / expenditure forecast for financial control purposes
1. Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
2. 3 to 7 years relevant experience in cost estimating, cost control, materials procurement and contract administration of Trade Mall /Arcade/ Office / Hotel projects.
3. Knowledge in spoken and written English and Chinese preferred
