Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests with smile and polite ways.
  •  Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  •  Provide general administrative support such as scanning, faxing and copying to management
  •  Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and comfortable environment in the front office
  •  Answer, screen and forward incoming information and phone calls to whom are relevance
  •  Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (Ex: pens, forms and brochures…)
  •  Provide basic and accurate information in-person and phone
  •  Complete procedures when guests arrive and leave
  •  Deal with special requests from guests
  •  Document processing and daily reports
  •  Perform other tasks as requested by managers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Tourism or related fields
  •  At least 1-year experience in receptionist or related experience
  •  Skills: Customer Service, Verbal and Written Communication, Friendly, Professional, Patience, Problem Solving Skills, Accuracy and Attention to Detail, Interpersonal Skill, Telephone Skills
  •  Excellent multitasking abilities
  •  Excellent communication, positive attitude, good time management
  •  The ability to work under pressure and with personnel from all levels
  •  Be patient and able to deal with difficult situations
  • Documented computer skills and computer literacy with Ms. Office
  •  English literacy is good. Good writing skills in English and Khmer (Chinese is a plus)
  •  Fast learners with willing to learn something new are encouraged to apply
