- Identifying staffing needs to design job description and recruitment plan
- Sourcing potential candidate for opening vacancies
- Conducting interview and supervise interview arrangement.
- Preparing employment contract, requirement document compilation
- Building good relationship with Universities, NGO, Association, Ministries, and other institutions for recruitment purpose
- Coordinating and organizing job fair
- Designing, position for job announcement both online and offline
- Management of recruitment page.
- Supervise for standardize staff file filing
- Verifying on staff movement or requisition.
- Conducting staff orientation
- Managing the hiring system
- Other tasks assigned by Management
- University Degree of Human Resource/ Business Administration or related fields
- At least 3 experience in recruitment and similar HR functions
- Good Khmer and English both verbal and written.
- Good in Microsoft Office & other system will be advantage
- Motivated, positive attitude, pro-active, and team-work oriented
