- Keep HR Master list up-to-date by consolidate all business unit’s information
- To develop job description for each position
- To develop and maintains internal and external job postings
- Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications;
- To collect the pool of CVs and recruit talent from other sources under the company requirements;
- Find and fulfill any job needed/vacancies as a deadline is met;
- Establish recruiting requirements by studying company plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs;
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references comparing qualifications to job requirements;
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport;

- Arrange management interviews by contacting the candidate and schedules for interview
- Check and process all vacancies request from all business
- Contract arrangement for new hired and facilitate of new staff bank account
- Do welcome on board for new hired and arrange email and Item for new hired
- Keep staff contact list update up to date
- Participant in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for each business unit
- To provide courteous and professional service and to maintain good working relationship with all colleagues throughout each company
- Conduct the orientation and introduction of new hired occurs prior to the actual commencement work for all staff under SONINCORP.
- To carry out other responsible duties and responsibilities as assigned by Manager from time to time
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Management, Business Administrative, or other related fields;
- At least two years experiences in recruiting or relevant;
- Experience at recruiting agency is an advantage;
- Integrity, commitment, team work, dynamic, good interpersonal and communication skill;
- Good commend in English (speaking, writing and listening);
- Good computer knowledge (MS. Office, Internet & Email);
- Good at critical thinking, problem solving, planning and organizational and time management skills;
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues;
- Good attitude and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
