Main Responsibilities and Specific Tasks

• Prepare recruitment and selection process to provide qualified candidates for all vacancies.
• Prepare job announcements of all vacancies.
• Be responsible for all the process of job recruitment and source potential candidates from various channels.
• Prepare shortlisted candidates list and update in recruitment module.
• Arrange for the interview with shortlisted candidates and make discussion the selection of the selected candidate.
• Prepare the report of all hiring candidates, selected candidate analysis, and report to the line manager.
• Liaise and negotiate with recruitment agencies.
• Other tasks assigned by the Manager

Requirements of the position
• Intermediate level in English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate integrity and fair-mindedness personality
• knowledge of computers (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and E-mail).
• Must be good at social media (Telegram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
