Duties and responsibilities:
• Update current and design new recruitment procedures
• Conduct recruitment process and report to the top management
• Keep track of recruiting metrics
• Implement new sourcing methods
• Review recruitment system and suggest the best option for the company need
• Research and choose job advertising options
• Advise hiring position on reviewing techniques
• Recommend ways to improve MVT recruitment value proposition
• Build the recruitment’s professional network through relationship with HR professional, colleges and other recruitment partner.
• Sourcing potential candidate for opening vacancies
• Conducting interview and supervise interview arrangement.
• Building good relationship with Universities, NGO, Association, Ministries, and other institutions for recruitment purpose
• Designing, position for job announcement both online and offline
• Management of recruitment page.
• Verifying on staff movement or requisition.
• Managing the hiring system
• Other tasks assigned by Management
- Bachelor Degree of Human Resource/ Business Administration
- At least 2 experience in recruitment
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Very good at computer Microsoft office
- Motivated, positive attitude, pro-active, and team-work oriented
- Good in English.
