Job Description
Job Summary:
- Overall control in shop’s operation and settle any concerns for smooth running business.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Serve and recommend products to customer;
- Receive purchase order from customer through different channel;
- Record purchase order in system and check selling price;
- Check cash from cashier and deposit to bank;
- Control and check cash expenditure and daily revenue report;
- Making purchase order to supplier;
- Verify invoice and prepare payment to supplier;
- Prepare and submit monthly petty cash and expense to superior;
- Record monthly expense in system;
- Monthly check cash and bank reconciliation;
- Monthly sales report to superior;
- Monthly stock count, reconcile, and keep track of inventory;
- Handling customer feedback, inquiry and complaint;
- Handling staff matters such as recruiting, training, assessing……;
- Maintain shop in good looking image;
- Other tasks to be assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 3-4 years in retail experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Good in English both speaking and written
- Good in leadership skills
