- Meet and exceed sales target set by the company.
- Supervise and coordinate sales activities and guideline for sales team.
- Build up good brand image of the company and product in the market.
- Handling customer’s objections.
- Prepare daily and weekly report of Siem Reap Branch.
- Make sure all the sales flow of Siem Reap Branch that has been set by the company are going smooth.
- Manage customer relationship to maintain and generate new sales.
- Work closely with other teams to archive targets.
- Report market situation, customer complaints and competitor activities to the Head of Sales Department.
- Build good relationship with customers for resales and referral.
- To attend social events and engagement activities to build brands and sales opportunity.
- Other tasks assigned by management.

- Bachelor degree in related field.
- Experience at least 5 years in similar positions.
- Excellent communication skill
- Strong time management, outgoing personality, confident and hard working.
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Good oral and written in English and Khmer.
