- Having site visit at Mall, Supper Market, Dealer and others to identify customer’s need and launching product (FMCG) in market.
- Collect all product information as customer’s need to develop sales plan, Sales KPI setting, work with sales team to make sure they achieve or exceed the sales volume/revenue goals target as defined in business plan.
- Allocate manpower in different areas upon the individual capabilities
- Mentor, motivated and guide team member to ensure sales-business generation and achieving budgeted figures.
- Work closely with HR to develop subordinates with requisition skills, conduct training on products, selling skills, lead prospecting and closing skills.
- Develop strategies and plan to maintain relationship with customers and support all customers’ concern.
- Bachelor degree/ master degree of business administration, marketing, other relevant fields.
- Good command in English, Ms. Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft tools.
- Have strong sales coordination background with good understanding in FMCG.
- Be able to easily engage with the public and be happy to sell the venue to perspective customers.
- Good business acumen to excel target.
- Possess exceptional relationship management skills & interpersonal skills
