Job Description

  • Manage to achieve the set target of sales staff.
  • Lead, manage and supervise a variety of marketing
    campaigns that involve with direct email, outbound
    call, marketing trade shows/public events,
    corporate partnership, direct
    communication/promotion, media and other marketing
  • Responsible for the design and presentation of all
    Sales environments and marketing material for all
    projects for Sales team’s use
  • Manage advertising schedules and create/implement
    advertising concepts for all projects
  • Production of presentational/marketing materials
    for all projects, in line with legal requirements
  • Negotiate sales transactions and promote mortgage
    arrangements for all sales as and when required
  • Ensure the sales team is fully resourced and well-
    directed, with clear guidelines to their own job
    responsibilities, and are provided with full
    support in achieving these, in terms of
    communication, training and development, and the
    organization of the department’s workload.
  • Manage Corporate Marketing and Communications and
    PR team
  • Promote and act in accordance with company values,
    systems, policies and procedures
  • Ensure all Sales and Marketing functions for all
    projects are audit ready
  • Report to the board when required
  • Recruit and provide training to staffs
  • Manage sales administration team and processes,
    including cooperation with the legal department
  • Manage sales collection team and processes,
    including cooperation with the finance department
  • Directly report to the Sales Director
  • Other tasks as assigned by sales & marketing
Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years experiences with Sale
    Marketing/Customer Services/others related field.
  • Desire to achieve the set target;
  • Bachelor Degree MKT, Management, Sales, Marketing
    equivalent (Master degree a plus);
  • Excellent communication interpersonal skills;
  • High sense of responsibility, result oriented,
    dynamic, and resilient new challenges
  • Good analytical creative problem solving skills;
  • Strong organizational time management skills
