Job Description

1. Scope of work
The Sales Supervisor shall be responsible shall be responsible for selling vehicle to achieve sales target and manage sales team by well cooperation within after sales service department and HGB Group as a whole.

2. Reporting and authority
The Sales Supervisor will report to Sales & Marketing Manager and indirect to General Manager.

3. Key Responsibilities

  •  To achieve or commit the sales target, customer meets, new prospective leads, in monthly/yearly
  •  To administer Company’s policy and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and profitability
  •  To maximize departmental profitability through the sales of vehicles, finance schemes and associated products
  •  To lead salespeople on best practices for closing more vehicle deals and provide advice and guidance
  • To improve sales performance for ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the Department
  • To forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters and compile the necessary reports for management to review
  •  To step in to answer customer questions and issues when required
  •  Reporting / planning by weekly and monthly which assigned by management
  •  To join any activities (sales & marketing) which assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management or equivalent
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in Sales/ Marketing
  • Cambodia local knowledge and culture is required
  • Have good communication in English and Chinese is a plus
  • Be able to travail nationwide
  • Have good knowledge of potential customers
