- Providing telephone, email and occasionally in-person entry-level support to SAP Business One customers.
- Carrying out initial logging, research and where possible, resolution of customer queries or change requests.
- Developing a high level of understanding of the full suite of SAP Business One components and complementary solutions and technologies including the Integration Framework, SAP HANA, Microsoft SQL Server, etc.
- Ensuring that the Support Teams adhere to customer Service Level agreements by escalating issues where appropriate to senior members of the team.
- Maintaining our support systems to ensure continuity of SAP Business One support for all of our customers.
- Problem Solving & Communication Skills
- Flow diagrams and DFD are preparation.
- Mapping and GAP analysis for each module
- Willingness to take the initiative to contribute beyond your own responsibilities.
- Customer handling experience
- Two OR Three years experiences of ABAP Development.
- Crystal Reports and SQL Queries
- Experience in SAP Business One Implementation or Support.
- Very good written and oral communication.
