Duties
- Job Summary / Scope
- Oversee and assist the staff members in providing better customer service and to resolve the customer complaints as well as attend to their special requests;
- Responsible for taking care of the guests and providing them with the best hotel amenities and facilities to ensure that they remain content and satisfied;
- Ensure that the guests are being escorted properly and that they have been directed to the requested rooms after proper completion of the check-in procedures;
- Manage, lead, and mentor a team of customer service staff to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of their performance

- Hire, train, and supervise front office employees, ensuring they provide excellent guest services and enforce hotel policies;
- Interact with customers both in person and over the phone, assist with inquiries, and mitigate any guest complaints;
- Compile occupancy reports and financial information for Deputy Manager;
- Manage, lead, and mentor a team of customer service staff to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of their performance;
- Direct operations at the front desk and ensure customer service meets our high standards for guest satisfaction;
- Be on call 24hrs in case of emergency.
Job Requirements
- Min. Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business communication, public relation, English literacy or equivalent;
- Minimum 2 years of customer services and help desk capacity required;
- Excellent English communication skill (Written & Verbal);
- Proficiency in bookkeeping skills, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays subject to rota and a willingness to extend of change hours and days of work from time to time upon request and subject to operational requirements.
- Specific language Skill, if needed
- Khmer, English and Mandarin (Desirable)
- Essential Requirements

- Excellent on communication skills
- Excellent ability of bookkeeping skills, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Preferred age range
- 25 – 35
