Duties
- Job Summary / Scope
- Responsible for maximizing the hotel’s revenues by developing programs to increase occupancy and make profitable use of its accommodation, meeting and leisure facilities;
- Maintain awareness of factors that influence the hotel and gain a deep understanding of needs and attitudes of the hotel’s customers;
- Responsible for coordinating marketing and promotional activities to meet customer needs, working closely with other hotel staff to ensure customers are satisfied with the facilities and their time there;
- Set achievable targets and take responsibility for meeting their objectives.

- Promote and manage the brand;
- Work with advertising agencies and travel agencies;
- Oversee budgets for advertising, marketing and promotion;
- Monitor competition;
- Generate new ideas for customer incentives and accommodation or business packages;
- Able to provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, develop professional long term business relationships;
- Be on call 24hrs in case of emergency.
Job Requirements
- Min. Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business communication or related
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing
- Excellent English communication skill (Written & Verbal)
- Work special events when needed
- Specific language Skill, if needed
- Khmer, English and Mandarin (Desirable)
- Essential Requirements
- Presentable
- Outgoing and easy going yet focused
- Excellent Customer Care and developing relationships
- Excellent ability of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

- 27 – 35
