* Development and implementation of the Brand strategy
- To monitor marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace- Identify the brand positioning on the market
- To regularly meet with clients and senior management
- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
- To serve as the point-person for developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for the O-We brand
- To initiatives and activities include campaigns (design, print, web, social media, broadcast, etc.), events, corporate responsibility programs and sponsorships.
- Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy – including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
- Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
- Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team.
- Produce attractive video contents for its marketing and donor meeting purposes.
- Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
- Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organization.
- Develop and monitor different brand piloting projects to meet the expectation of the management team
- Manage and forecast budget of the department and closely monitor the effectiveness of the return of investment
* Digital Marketing Management
- Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
- Identify the opportunity to engage different segments of client on media and SMS campaign
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website
- Overseeing the social media strategy for the company
- Managing the redesign of the company website
- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
* Customer Relation Management (CRM)
- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
- Customer Journey Mapping analyzing touch points with the organization and maximizing commercial opportunities.
- Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
- Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
- Impact results analysis after implementation and campaigns
- Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products.
- Provide coverage for other posts when necessary and carry out any other responsibilities as reasonably requested by Executive Director or communication manager
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing
- Very good written script and report
- Experience in food & beverage
- High level of English writing and speaking
- Office program, Ms. Word, Excel, Internet, Email and social media
- Knowledge in water sanitation and water treatment processes is a plus
- At least 3-years’ experience in marketing retail (food & beverage if possible)
- Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles.
- Confident, driven and dynamic leader
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities.
- Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills dealing with both external and internal stakeholders
