- Manage customer relationship to maintain and generate new sales
- Visit and find new dealers.
- Updating spare parts movement in data base
- Forecast supply and demand for spare parts.
- Follow up and support dealers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the Company.
- Lead, facilitate and follow up own team members to ensure a minimum outputs.
- Work closely with other teams to archive targets.
- Provide daily and weekly sales report.
- Other tasks assigned by management
- Phone card, gasoline allowance and sale commission up to $500.
- At least 3 years of experience related with spare parts or other similar filed.
- Willing travel to provinces
- High Commitment
- Can work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
