Job Description
- Oversee the operations of the technical and presale department
- Visit customers as needed and deal with any escalated customer issues
- Work with department management to assign resources to projects
- Support sales and marketing department if required
- Check the quality of work at customer sites
- Ensure staff is working efficiently and following procedures
- Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring staff
- Assign duties and tasks to staff as required
- Plan and implement improvements in department procedures
- Improve staff technical skills and quality of work
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- At least 3 years of experience in electronic or IT equipment
- Good skills in problem solving and troubleshoot
- Management and leadership skill is required
- Dynamic, motivated and well organized
- Flexible and be able to meet deadlines
- Extensive experience in any of the following
