- Do the pre-sales on part of technical solution to support Sales Team and customers including but not limited to site surveys, phone calls, social media, in-person meetings or consulting, etc.
- Identify and provide professional, reliable and competitive technical solutions.
- Create proposals including but not limited to identifying scopes, specifications, and budget.
- Propose end-to-end technical solution up on the customer requirements by work closely with related team and make sure it is matching with NTC network infrastructure and cost effectiveness.
- Provides an effective demonstration on the proposed solution to prospecting customer by work closely with Sales/Sales Support team.
- Corporation with related team for Troubleshooting, Interconnect and provisioning for pre-sale service.
- Participate as key technical lead in Support offerings to customers that may include minor product enhancements or technical solution.
- Must be able to communication in Chinese for work purpose. English is a plus.
- Bachelor degree of IT or Computer Science.
- Professional certificate in Networking would be desirable.
- Understand technology such as Routing, Switching, Wireless and Fiber.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Earth, Email and Social Network such as WhatsApp, WeChat, QQ, Telegram, etc…)
- Good sense of service provider (open-minded, result-oriented, sociable manner, friendly, gentle, helpful, flexible).
